They were fluffy and delish. The texture was crummy but good.The team worked great.

Brayden, these Ginger Gems look amazing. The photos support your method and I especially like the mise en place and photo and the butter in the hot tray being held with gloves. Great to see safety being demonstrated. I also liked your description of the Gems.
