So today we did Anzac biscuits for our last cooking for the term.
So the recipe is as followed.
1/2 cup Edmond's standard plain flour.
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup coconut
3/4 cup rolled oats
50g butter
1 tablespoon golden syrup
1/2 teaspoon Edmond's baking soda
2 tablespoons boiling water

method
mix together flour sugar coconut and rolled oats.
melt butter and golden syrup.
dissolve baking soda in the boiling water and add to butter and golden syrup.
stir butter mixture into the dry ingredients.
place level tablespoonfuls of mixture onto cold greased trays.
bake at 180degress for about 15 minutes or until golden.
makes 20.

So the texture was golden brown it tasted so good and it tasted with coconut.
That is what my stakeholder said whos name should stay hidden.
The team did between good and bad.Our team members were Dominique kachiar me and Emily .I could not remember who was doing what because my team leader did not want to give me the list of who was doing what.We worked well we did what we were told and we did it efficiently do not have photos because I was never sent them.Positive thoughtful helpful.Blog ya later.
